DELIVERY AND RETURN

Please allow 2-14 days for order processing depending on order items and order quantities. 

 

From the time you receive shipping confirmation email, packages will be delivered to you as the following: : 

​Guaranteed Regular Delivery Service via DHL/UPS/FEDEX and others.

3-10 business days in USA and CANADA

5-14 business days in Other Countries (Non-USA) 

Shipments to U.S.A

For fabric orders less than $800(excluding shipping), you will be able to receive your order Tax free.

In case orders over $800(excluding shipping) and situations paying custom clearance is cost saving rather than separating packages into several packages, buyer will be responsible for additional fees dependent upon destination import law. 

Shipments to Canada

For shipments to Canada, you will be able to receive your order customs duty free. You will only be charged for sales tax in Canada to clear customs, and these sales taxes can also be refunded from your government if you have a registered business in Canada.

Shipments to NON-U.S.A / NON- Canada countries

Your invoice will have import fee, VAT(Sales tax), and Charging and Handling fee included. Import fees will be your responsibility to make payments if requested.

For VAT, please contact your national tax service for instructions. Lastly for Charging and Handling fee, which is the fee to release your package please contact your courier service for detail. This is the fee your courier service charges for processing packages from custom clearance.

 

Return

We have a 7-day return policy in case the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@textile-box.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
